The Details:
Hours: 30 hours per week
Weeks: 33.8 weeks per year
Rate: £17.12 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
As our Chef de Partie, you will be crucial to our daily success, focusing on quality and compliance:
Culinary Mastery: Execute and deliver delicious meals, ensuring every dish offers optimal taste and exceptional nutritional benefit.
Operational Flow: Work seamlessly and collaboratively with the kitchen team to guarantee an efficient, well-organised, and timely service flow, even during peak periods.
Compliance and Safety: Maintain meticulous attention to detail regarding allergens and adhere to all compliance requirements, including Health & Safety (H&S) and Food Hygiene standards.
Team Leadership: Act as a Role Model, embodying best practices, professionalism, and dedication for the rest of the team.
What you’ll need:
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and a winning personality, along with the following:
Demonstrable kitchen/catering experience, with a passion for creative offerings and working with fresh, nutritious ingredients.
A strong, practical understanding of professional kitchen equipment and adherence to best practice within high-volume food environments.
A Food Safety Level 2 certificate, further training is available
A personable and outgoing approach that helps put a smile on everyone's face, ensuring a positive atmosphere and delivering fantastic customer experiences.
