What to expect:
Instilling a sense of teamwork, collaborating closely with the wider P&H team to produce freshly prepared lunches for pupils and school staff
Adhering to all safety guidelines including Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policy
Keeping a clean kitchen environment
Working with efficiency to maintain requirements over busy lunchtimes
Completing requirements for food service at occasions such as meetings and sports events
From time to time, your role may adapt slightly but your core task remains the same; delivering the highest quality of food and service to pupils, ensuring that the offering is innovative, fresh and delicious.
What you’ll need:
Previous hospitality experience is essential
A versatile, outgoing and people-focused way of working, able to match our values
Excellent communication skills
Basic Health & Safety knowledge – a Food Safety L2 certificate would be fantastic! But not essential
The ability to work the hours listed and be able to easily commute to the location
Basic IT skills are esssential including the use of word, outlook & excel
This role includes:
40 hours hours per week with the flexibility to work overtime as and when required
35 hours per week - flexible working hours from Monday - Saturday with 8 hour shifts between 7am - 11pm
£13 per hour
